Orga­niza­tio­nal Edu­ca­ti­on is very much inte­res­ted in ana­ly­zing orga­niza­ti­ons “from below and from within”. This is why this inter­na­tio­nal lec­tu­re series intends to take a deep dive into the “below” and “within” of orga­ni­zing. By focu­sing on prac­ti­ces as the micro-level of orga­ni­zing we wish to reflect deeper on the inter­na­tio­nal, cul­tu­ral, sec­to­ral and many other ways, how diver­se ways of orga­ni­zing are brought about by prac­ti­ces.

In this inter­na­tio­nal lec­tu­re series, we wish to invi­te many dif­fe­rent ana­ly­ti­cal approa­ches, empi­ri­cal insights and ways to address con­sul­tancy prac­ti­ces and ways of chan­ge­ma­king from an inter­na­tio­nal per­spec­ti­ve.

Our inter­na­tio­nal lec­tu­re series intends to streng­then the inter­na­tio­nal dia­lo­gue of orga­ni­sa­tio­nal edu­ca­ti­on with a deep dive and by this wis­hes to inter­wea­ve the com­mu­ni­ty of prac­ti­ce of orga­ni­sa­tio­nal edu­ca­ti­on.

In our rese­ar­cher-stu­dent dia­lo­gues we intend to sup­port coll­ec­ti­ve aca­de­mic refle­xi­vi­ty, inter­na­tio­nal exch­an­ge on orga­niza­tio­nal edu­ca­ti­on rese­arch per­spec­ti­ves on prac­ti­ces of orga­ni­zing, orga­niza­tio­nal lear­ning, con­sul­tancy and change(making).
